His Excellency the Governor, under Article 200 of the Constitution of India, has given his assent to the Uttaranchal Open University Bill, 2005, passed by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly on 27th October, 2005 and it is hereby published for general information as Uttaranchal Act No. 23 of 2005.
